In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you kindly give us at least 24 hours notice.

If the appointment is canceled before the 24 hour mark, no charge will be made.

If the appointment is canceled within the 24 hour mark, a 50% charge of the services booked will be incurred.

If you fail to show for your appointment, a 100% charge of the services booked will be incurred.

To ensure the best experience for all guests, we allow a 10–15 minute grace period for late arrivals. After this time, your appointment may be adjusted or canceled at our discretion. Late arrivals that impact our schedule may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service.
